It will include the participation of local and foreign speakers with vast academic and professional experience in the field that will address topics related to procedure and substantive issues in the abuse of process and access to the justice. Furthermore, this conference will delve into subjects related to the powers of arbitrators and the fit and functions of ethics in international arbitration.
