Initially a branch of the Geneva law firm Secretan Troyanov, since 2006 independent, we maintain strong ties with Switzerland. Two of our key lawyers have Swiss law degrees (Geneva and Berne) while fluent in Russian and having practiced Russian law for almost twenty years. We act as the official counsel of the Swiss Embassy in Moscow. The combination of the Russian and Swiss legal and business culture in our own team makes us experts in helping clients correctly interpret the local business environment. Our main focus is corporate, contractual, employment and financial law. We accompany firms first entering the Russian market, act as outside counsel, provide advice and legal opinions on specific matters, draft legal documents in the required languages and represent clients in administrative and court proceedings. One of our team focuses on dispute resolution and is admitted as arbitrator for the International Commercial Arbitration Court of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
