Senado aprova Marco Legal das Startups com alterações
Foi aprovado nesta quarta-feira (24/2), pelo Senado, o projeto de lei complementar que institui o Marco Legal das Startups. O texto prevê mecanismos de regulação e incentivo ao chamado empreendedorismo inovador. O PLP deve agora voltar à Câmara dos Deputados, já que foi aprovado com mudanças.
O projeto estabelece que, para serem enquadradas como startups, as empresas precisam ter uma receita bruta de até R$ 16 milhões anuais e no máximo dez anos da inscrição no Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica (CNPJ).
Benefícios para investidores
Para trazer vantagens aos interessados em investir nas startups, o Marco Legal lhes oferece uma proteção: não precisam arcar com eventuais dívidas das empresas, já que todas as emendas que tratavam da responsabilização foram rejeitadas.
