The full programme and registration details for the upcoming IBA Young Lawyers' Training of the Biennial IBA Latin American Regional Forum, that is taking place on 9 March 2016 at the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil Seccional do Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Experienced legal practitioners from different Latin American countries will address issues relating to commercial contracts, such as the importance of including 'standard' clauses and the consequences of badly-worded contracts. Topics will include: * Strategy for young lawyers at an international organisation * Standard contractual clauses: why should we include them? * Case study The training session will also include a strategy for young lawyers on how to benefit from membership of an international legal organisation such as the IBA. Registration: only US$36 until 19 February!
