Winning bid: Lowest Allowed Annual Revenue (RAP) ? Maximum RAP: R$ 2.2 billion (sum of all lots).
RAP post auction: R$ 1.2 billion (sum of all lots) ? An average discount of 46%.
What is next?
• When: December, 2022.
• What: 6 concessions of power transmission facilities, which will integrate the National System.
• Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4: greenfield projects.
• Lots 5 and 6: brownfield projects.
• The bidding documents are being reviewed by the Federal Court of Accounts, which means that the project may still suffer modifications.
• In each lot, the bidder with the lowest bid of Allowed Annual Revenue (RAP) will be declared the winner.
• The maximum RAP per lot will only be disclosed after the assessment of the bidding documents by the Federal Court of Accounts.
